Can I use a domain name I already own?
Yes. You keep ownership of your domain, website account, and connected business accounts. The intake gives you a place to share an existing domain and the access needed for the approved work.
Are domain, platform, app, or subscription costs included?
No. Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting or platform subscriptions, premium themes, paid apps, booking tools, and other outside services remain separate and are owned by you.
When does the project timeline begin?
Timing begins after the required business details, content, photos, access, and approvals are complete. START targets 5 to 7 business days, while LAUNCH targets 10 to 15 business days. BUILD and REFRESH timing is confirmed after review.
What happens after I purchase START or LAUNCH?
