Required public documents
Each document must match the actual tools, checkout, data flows, package rules, and operating practices used at launch.

Every policy must reflect the actual packages, tools, data practices, and customer journey.
Customers should understand material payment, cancellation, scope, ownership, and results terms before acceptance.
The accepted agreement and policy version should be recorded with the transaction.
Internal procedures must follow the published promises for privacy, access, cancellation, and support.
Current website practice
Launch & Main records limited first-party events such as a page view, completion of the eligibility check, package selection, and project-request status. The events use a random identifier that lasts only for the current browser session. Event records older than 90 days are deleted automatically.
We do not store an IP address with these events, use advertising cookies, fingerprint a device, or follow visitors across other websites. Measurement is disabled when a supported browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Project-request contact information, package selection, required acknowledgements, and any workflow-assessment details are stored so Harborly LLC can review fit, respond, and maintain the inquiry record. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health information, or other highly sensitive data through the form.
When a project request is submitted, the site uses a secret-keyed, one-way identifier derived from the request’s network address solely to limit repeated submissions. The raw address is not placed in the inquiry record. Identifiers become eligible for removal after 24 hours and are cleared during subsequent project-request processing.
