Get clear before getting clever
We make sure the customer, offer, and buying path make sense before choosing visual details.
About Launch & Main
Help capable founders move from a credible idea to a Shopify business they control, with personal guidance and a process that stays manageable.

Meet the founder
I’m Joseph Sannella, founder of Launch & Main. For more than 25 years, I have worked across corporate and small-business environments.
My experience spans retail, marketing, entrepreneurship, operations, digital, and overall business management. I have led in the retail sector with a close view of how customers make decisions and what earns their trust. I have also owned local and online small businesses, so I understand the difference between advising a business and carrying the responsibility for one.
I created Launch & Main in Plymouth, Massachusetts, to give business owners the practical expertise and steady support I often wished I had while working through my own career. Helping clients succeed is the mission behind Launch & Main.
Why this work is personal
Building a business can be exciting, but it can also leave you sorting through important decisions without enough experienced support. I have been there. I built Launch & Main to offer the kind of steady, practical partnership I would have valued throughout my own career.
I live in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and care deeply about helping local owners, online founders, and growing businesses turn good ideas into something clear, credible, and useful. Your success is not a line in our marketing. It is the reason this studio exists.

How we think
We make sure the customer, offer, and buying path make sense before choosing visual details.
Your core accounts and assets stay in your hands. We include training so you can use what we create.
A guided intake and focused approvals help us make progress without crowding your calendar.
We label representative concepts, publish our scope, and never make promises the market controls.
The ownership test
Our answer should be yes. Your domain, Shopify store, essential third-party accounts, approved content, and operating knowledge should not be trapped behind an agency relationship.
What you can expect
Trust is built by making the work, the boundaries, and the customer’s responsibilities visible before payment.
Why asynchronous?
Meetings can be useful, but they are often a poor place to store critical decisions. A guided workspace gives customers time to think, creates one source of truth, and allows production to move without constant scheduling.
Calls remain available when a focused conversation will genuinely improve the outcome. They are not required by default.

We can improve clarity, structure, usability, technical readiness, and launch execution. We cannot guarantee demand, supplier performance, regulatory approval, traffic, rankings, sales, or profit. The site will say that plainly.
A serious launch begins with fit
Seven focused questions. No pressure and no required sales call.
