Business guidance should be usable by as many people as possible.
Launch & Main is committed to improving access across public content, routing tools, interactive products, checkout, and customer communications.
Our current standard
We design toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles, including semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, useful labels, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and meaningful image alternatives.
Known limits
Some older pages, third-party payment services, downloadable files, and embedded tools may not yet meet the same standard. Their providers control parts of those experiences.

If something prevents you from using the site or a Launch & Main product, email hello@launchandmain.com. Describe the page, task, and preferred format when possible. Do not include sensitive personal or payment information.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is part of design, product development, content review, and quality assurance, not a one-time certification. We prioritize genuine barriers and document improvements as the platform develops.
